In Zahra’s last two sessions, she explored the role of emotions, different types of emotions, emotional awareness, and how to use an emotion journal. In this upcoming workshop, she will begin by reviewing participants’ journals—inviting those who’ve used them to share, and introducing the practice to newcomers. She will then guide a session on emotional regulation, with a deeper focus on anger—how belief systems and past experiences shape it, how it shows up in the body, and healthy ways to process and express it.
