In Jyoti's workshop, participants will explore the often unspoken emotional weight of balancing cultural expectations, family obligations, and personal needs. Through guided self-reflection exercises, group sharing, and cognitive reframing techniques, this session aims to help women recognize and challenge guilt-based thinking. Rooted in a therapeutic approach, the workshop fosters self-compassion and provides tools to navigate the complex intersections of personal identity and cultural responsibility. It’s a space for immigrant women to be seen, supported, and empowered in their journey toward inner balance and healing.
