Asiyah’s Virtual Mental Health Workshop: Introduction to Emotions: Part 2 (Virtual)

In this workshop, Zahra will will take a deeper look into the different types of emotions, how they physically manifest in the body, and how to recognize and name them more effectively—building a stronger emotional vocabulary in the process. We will also explore practical coping strategies and emotion regulation techniques to better manage overwhelming feelings. By the end of the session, participants will receive a guided framework for using an emotion log to track and reflect on their emotions as part of daily self-care and emotional growth.
