Asiyah’s Virtual Mental Health Workshop: Building Resilient Nervous Systems (Virtual)

In Reem’s workshop, participants will learn about the importance of building a resilient nervous system, how to recognize signs of dysregulation, and various tools to support nervous system regulation. We will explore different methods of regulation, including practicing specific exercises. By the end of the session, participants will have a deeper understanding of their nervous system, how it responds to the world, and a variety of tools to help them regulate themselves.
