Community Engagement
Disconnected Communities
Many families, especially survivors of domestic violence and refugees, experience isolation, limited access to resources, and a lack of community support systems.
Language and cultural barriers, economic instability, and limited awareness of available services often prevent individuals from seeking help or building supportive networks.
Partnerships & Community Engagement
Faith-Based Engagement: Through partnerships with local mosques, churches, and interfaith groups, we strengthen the spiritual and emotional well-being of the communities we serve.
Schools and Youth Outreach: Collaborating with schools to provide youth mentorship and educational workshops, ensuring that young people are equipped to address issues of domestic violence, social justice, and equity.
Local Advocacy: Working with activists, elected officials, and grassroots organizations to push for policy changes that address the root causes of domestic violence and housing instability.
Corporate Partnerships: Engaging local businesses in community efforts, including corporate volunteering and donations, fostering a collective responsibility to uplift the community.
